Alexandra and Lucius Sinclair have been
married for five years. Five years in which they have loved,
laughed, and brought a child into the world. Living in Prague
is a dream come true and Alexandra, or rather Kitten as Lucius
fondly calls her, wouldn’t change a thing about her life.
Well, maybe she would because in the last few months reality
and responsibility has gotten in the way of the sensuality and
Kitten misses her masterful husband, the man who swept her off
her feet. When she receives a phone call to meet Lucius for a
romantic anniversary interlude, she is at once surprised and
then quickly aroused to discover that her Master is back and
he is ready to prove to his Kitten that she is still the most
important person in his life.
Breathtaking. That is the word that comes
to mind with this Rites of Spring quickie novel that once
again gives the reader a glimpse into life after The Claiming
of Kitten, also written by Isabella Snow. I love how normal,
everyday life was intruding on the lovers, just as in real
life, and Lucius knew what his woman needed and was willing to
go to lengths to give it to her. Kitten was afforded an
anniversary to remember and I was afforded a steamy, sinfully
naughty look at the love Kitten and her man shared.
Kitten’s Reward was an excellent follow up to The
Claiming of Kitten and I loved every word. |
