Twenty-five years ago an island was over
run with warriors intent on finding, capturing, and claiming
mates. It seems that in doing so they upset the goddess and a
curse was placed upon them. The only way to break the curse
is the arrival of the earth, fire, water, and air guardians
who in turn must be called by the Mystic. This has been
hanging over the heads of the island’s inhabitants, as year
after year they have to fight harder and harder to keep
control of their island.
Erika is just now realizing the powers
she has. Able to move the earth as well as grow things, she
does not want to be mated. Her fate is sealed, however, when
the two men intent on becoming her mates corner her in the
forest and show her exactly how much they desire her. And, if
Erika would admit it to herself, she desires them as well.
Evil is underfoot because women are disappearing from their
homes and Erika is being blamed.
Arik and Galen Savari have loved and
wanted Erika since she was ten years old and Galen rescued her
from the forest. Nothing is going to keep them from her, not
even an old island curse.
Holy smokes this baby was flaming hot.
There is nothing better than reading a well-written ménage
story in which the characters are realistic, compatible, and
in tune with each other. Earth Moves was this
type of novel. Steamy, passionate, and completely
combustible, I could not put this book down until I finished
every word. Erika’s character was innocent one minute and
then a frisky siren the next. As for the twins, I am glad
that they were on my side. Loyal, dominant, and totally sexy,
they made my poor heart beat faster with each scene.
Lacey Thorn has a winner with Earth
Moves. It is scorchingly wonderful. Get out your
fans and set them on high because Earth Moves will make you
sweat. I can’t wait for the next installment and I am really
hoping that Lacey Thorn can type very quickly because I plan
on being first in line for the next book of this new series. |
