Cade Langden has been attracted to his employee and friend Sallie Archer for a long time.  When she becomes the victim of a stalker, all of his primal instincts go into effect and he wants nothing more than to keep her safe.  When Sallie comes clean about her name and who she really is, Cade is hurt.  Hurt that she didn’t confide in him but not hurt enough to make her stay out of his life.  Because if there is one thing he is certain about it is his feelings for the woman that is Sallie Archer.

In true Becky Barker style, Cade’s Challenge grabbed me from the first word and wouldn’t let go. Happy to be once more a witness to Cade, whom I met in his brother Trey’s book, On Wings of Love, I settled in a for a good read. I got that and so much more. I was awarded steamy sex, I was shown romantic love, and I was intrigued and on the edge of my seat trying to figure out the antagonist.  From the first word to the last, I cherished the entire book.  Becky Barker has a winner in my opinion and I think everyone should run, not walk, and treat themselves to this outstanding story.
