Against the Odds reminds me of Romancing the Stone. Take a hard bodied Alpha man and add in a feisty, opinionated woman, and there’s bound to be sparks! Sarah had me in stitches the way she challenged Clint’s every move. Clint’s exasperation and confusion about the female mind was just as endearing. Watching the heat between these two characters build, to the ultimate explosion kept me captivated until the last page. If you’re in the mood for adventure and excitement on every page, then Against the Odds is a book you won’t want to miss.
