Incubus
demon Dekin Swain has no idea how much his life is about to
change when he’s forcefully held captive in a side show
carnival. Dekin is caged next to an angel named Kelly.
After their time in the carnival, Denkin and Kelly form an
unlikely but strong relationship. Their differences begin to
take a toll on their relationship though, and the steps they
take to remedy their problem are drastic.
Opposites
may attract in Opposite Ends of the Spectrum,
but they could be deadly as well. As an incubus, Dekin needs
sex to survive and his lover is very fragile. Dekin and
Kelly make an interesting pair. Dekin’s act of desperation
to save their relationship has hard consequences. Kelly is
much more than forcibly seduced. There is definitely an
element of selfishness mixed in with the love there on
Dekin’s part. What Kelly does for Denkin is astounding.
Opposite Ends of the Spectrum is a good story
with an interesting plot and cool characters. There is a
happy ending, but not a traditional one. |
