When Dylan Creed’s two-year-old
daughter Bonnie is abandoned by her mother, Dylan heads home
to Stillwater Springs Ranch to figure out what to do next.
When Kristy Madison finds out Dylan is back in town, her
heart does a little flip-flop, like it does every time she
even thinks of Dylan. Years ago, Dylan and Kristy were a
couple, but things happened and Dylan left, taking Kristy’s
heart with him.
Dylan knows his littler girl needs
stability and he’s determined to give it to her. Kristy is
just the kind of woman he could see filling the role of
mother and wife. Old secrets die hard, and there are those
who will kill to keep them hidden. Kristy is unknowingly
mixed up in one. Before Dylan has a chance to realize how
much Kristy means to him, someone may take her from him,
permanently.
Dylan is convinced he’s like his father and even though he’s
spent his share of time acting like a party boy, he’s not,
and the moment he sees little Bonnie in his truck, he proves
it. Dylan is responsible, honorable, and a good father.
Kristy is a sweet hometown girl who wears her heart on her
sleeve. Her feelings for Dylan, and subsequently Bonnie, are
heartwarming. Dylan is the second in the
Montana Creeds series. Its excitement, romance, and
sensuality, along with many furry friends, are what Linda
Lael Miller’s fans have come to expect from her stories. |
