Constance Somerset Wilton has never
been more scared or more desperate. Since coming to grips
with her feelings, she knows that in order for her to find
true bliss, she must be open and ask Damien for two weeks of
his time. Two weeks in which she allows him to explore the
real her, and for her to experience the pleasure that she
knows is waiting for her in his arms. This comes about
because Tina, as Damien calls her, is going to be thirty in
just a matter of weeks, and she knows that she can’t live
any longer without knowing what it means to truly submit to
another person, a person she trusts. That person is Damien
Vance.
Damien Vance doesn’t understand why
Tina has called a meeting with him. For years they have
been adversaries, each not trusting the other. With only
two kisses between them, Damien has no idea what Tina wants
but he is willing to listen. When she finally fesses up and
lets him know what she wants, Damien is stunned and
speechless, but he knows one thing. No one else can give
Constance what she needs. And what she needs is him.
Talk about trust issues! Constance and
Damien have both had a lot happen to them romantically which
would make even the strongest of most people cringe. I like
the fact that Constance knew deep down that Damien was the
only man that she could trust enough to ask to fulfill her
desires. Damien, on the other hand, was clueless as to what
she wanted but was willing to see her fantasies to the very
end.
Never Enough is listed as
a BDSM genre book by Cobblestone but I found very little
dominance and submission in it. I expected more than
scarves and butt smacks, but the great plot and storyline
kept me entertained from beginning to end.
