Rome Kinkaid is determined to be a lone
wolf. He left his small pack, vowing never to return. What was
there for him anyway? The man he wants won’t take him
seriously and he was afraid if he stayed, he would use Mia to
fill the void. But you know what happens when you say never
right?
Grey is sent to bring Rome back into the
fold. It takes all his persuasion, of every kind, to get
Rome’s consent. Little does Rome know that going home will
change all three of their lives forever.
Mia is the Omega of the small pack. And
she is also one of the only females capable of bearing
children. The pack needs new life and Mia and Grey are chosen
to become mates. Mia doesn’t know how this could possibly
work, but with Rome’s help, it might just be possible.
Home by Treva Harte is the
third in her Alpha werewolf series. Though it can be read
alone, I would recommend reading the previous books Stay
and Walk Away to get the most of the
development of these characters. Home is a
different kind of love story. Rome is bisexual, Mia is
straight, and Grey is gay, or so he thought. Grey’s character
undergoes a life changing evolution. The sexual tension
between the three characters is developed until it is at a
flashpoint. I have read ménage stories before, but this is the
first I have read with the story being focused on the men
first. Ms. Harte drew me into the story with the intense
struggle all three of these characters were facing. I will
definitely go back and get the first two in this series! |
