Chloe is attending the annual Chiefís
meeting of werewolves. After the death of her mate, she got
away from her home pack as quickly as she could and while, not
exactly hiding, she hasnít gone out of her way to keep in
touch either. Scared to death of coming in contact with
Billy, the beta of her home pack, Chloe watches quietly but to
no avail. She senses him before she sees him and knows it is
only a matter of time before he claims her.
Billy has waited for years for Chloe.
Knowing how she was treated with her prior mate, he vows to
gain her trust and make her understand that mating is not a
death sentence for a female wolf. Better said than done
because Chloe is skittish and scared to death. She canít
resist Billy but she canít commit either. Heís up to the
fight however and her heart is the only outcome.
May I say emphatically how much I adore
Loribelle Huntís writing? Eagerly anticipating Call of
the Moon, I set in for a good read. What I got was so
much more. I got a great story of love, honor and trust.
Billy and Chloeís chemistry was breathtaking and his patience
with her was heart pounding beautiful.
Loribelle Hunt has the ability to weave
the reader into her stories the instant they begin reading. I
canít begin to list the reasons why I love this author because
it would take forever. Just know that Loribelle Hunt is
astounding and I have loved every book of hers that I have
read, Call of the Moon included. I look forward
to each and every book she releases.
